Goblets and a Flower

First, the flower bowl: Not my best work, but hey. It still looks cool, right? Right. Thrown with recycled clay, mostly Dave's Porcelain and part Death Valley, which is why its orange. Trimming it is going to be a challenge.

Now the goblets:
I spent all of class yesterday trimming and attaching the pieces. I really like the tall one, which is actually the first cup and second stem that I threw. All in all, though, not bad for a first go, eh? We are in desperate need of wine glasses in my house, so they'll serve their purpose well enough. I'm going to have to keep reminding myself that clay shrinks when it dries and is fired. The cups and the stems were all thrown using 1.5 lbs of Half & Half. I like the stem size (on the taller one at least), but I may add a bit more to the cup next time.
